⋆ PLEASE READ MY TERMS OFf SERVICE BEFORE COMMISSIONIG! ⋆

⋆ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all these terms of service.⋆ I reserve the sole right to deny a commission for any reason.⋆ Use for personal purposes is unrestricted. You can publish an illustration and use it in personal profiles on the internet, including both the original files and photos featuring the illustration. You can print the illustration onto any items for your personal use, such as t-shirts, posters, frames, and mugs. You may create or give away gifts or souvenirs using my illustration with express written permission.⋆ Payment will be made via PayPal. I only accept payments upfront, but you can choose between paying 50% upfront and 50% before sending the high-resolution files, or paying 100% upfront.⋆ The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the order, the complexity of each piece, and my schedule.⋆ No refunds unless: I haven’t started working on the commission yet, or if I won't be able to finish it for personal reasons. In the case of payments of 50% before and 50% after, if the agreement is canceled by the client, the full amount must be paid even if the piece is not going to be used.⋆ By hiring my services, you acknowledge that the work will be executed exclusively in my current artistic style. You can view my work on social media or contact me if you have any questions. I will not make structural changes to replicate the style of other artists or media.⋆ I have the right to post the commission on my portfolio or social media. You cannot claim my illustrations as your own, even if you make a derivative design. If you publish a derivative design, please mention my authorship in the illustration part!⋆ I don't send the original editable files. You only receive the final images via a DRIVE link, which is available for up to two months after the delivery date.. Remember to download the files before the end of this period, because they will be deleted after that.⋆ Commercial use is prohibited in all forms. You may not use my products to make banners, blog designs, store designs, website designs, logos, branding, or any other type of graphics for display on the web or in the real world with commercial intent or sell them in product sales sites like Cafepress, Zazzle, Shutterfly, Colab55, RedBubble, Elo7, etc. If you want a commercial use license, please contact me.Thank you for reading!
